Billboard World Albums Chart Update: Stray Kids Dominates Top Spots with 'DO IT' and 'KARMA
The latest World Albums chart by Billboard for the week ending on December 6 has been released! Stray Kids dominated the top two spots with their new special album "DO IT" debuting at No. 1. The album not only topped the World Albums chart but also made a historic No. 1 debut on the Billboard 200, securing the top position on four charts this week. Stray Kids' previous album "KARMA" maintained its No. 2 spot on the World Albums chart for the 14th consecutive week and climbed to No. 35 on the Billboard 200.
CORTIS's debut EP "COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES" climbed to No. 4 on the World Albums chart in its 12th week and re-entered the Billboard 200 for the fourth non-consecutive week. ENHYPEN's "DESIRE : UNLEASH" rose to No. 5 in its 26th week on the World Albums chart, while TXT's Yeonjun's solo mini album "NO LABELS: PART 01" secured the No. 6 spot in its third week on the chart. TXT's "The Star Chapter: TOGETHER" also made a comeback, reaching No. 11 in its 19th week.
BTS's 2022 anthology album "Proof" maintained its position at No. 9 in its 181st week on the chart, and their 2020 album "Map of the Soul: 7" re-entered at No. 22 for its 153rd non-consecutive week. ILLIT's "bomb" climbed to No. 10 in its 23rd week, while BOYNEXTDOOR's "The Action" jumped to No. 13 in its fifth week. BTS's Jimin's solo album "MUSE" rose to No. 16 in its 71st week.
NewJeans' "Get Up" held strong at No. 17 in its 116th week, and &TEAM's Korean debut mini album "Back to Life" debuted at No. 20 in its second week. ITZY's latest mini album "TUNNEL VISION" secured the No. 23 spot in its second week on the chart. Congratulations to all the artists for their achievements this week!
