Trump's Birthday Celebration: Free Entry to National Parks in 2026!

Celebrate Donald Trump's birthday with free entry to national parks! The National Park Service has updated its calendar of free entry dates for 2026, including Trump's birthday on June 14. This change means that Juneteenth and Martin Luther King Jr. Day will no longer be free entry days. The list of 116 participating parks includes popular destinations like Yellowstone, Yosemite, Grand Canyon, and Everglades National Park.
In addition to Trump's birthday, visitors can enjoy free admission on other holidays such as Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day weekend, the 110th Birthday of the National Park Service, Constitution Day, Theodore Roosevelt’s birthday, and Veterans Day. These designated days are part of the Trump Administration's initiative to make parks more accessible and affordable for American citizens.
The Interior Department refers to these free entrance days as "patriotic fee-free days," aligning with President Trump's vision to prioritize American families. The "Making America Beautiful Again" executive order, issued in July 2025, aims to enhance park accessibility for U.S. taxpayers while ensuring that international visitors contribute their fair share to support and improve national parks.
Starting January 1, the Annual Pass will cost $80 for U.S. residents and $250 for nonresidents. Foreign travelers without an annual pass will be charged a $100 per person fee to enter 11 of the most visited national parks, in addition to the standard entrance fee. These changes reflect the administration's commitment to maintaining and enhancing parks for future generations.
Join us in celebrating Trump's birthday and exploring the beauty of national parks across the country!
