SUGA's mother acquired the property in December 2022 through her private corporation 'Nageum' for 10.8 billion KRW (~7.3 million USD) and initiated the construction of the new building in 2023. The newly constructed building, featuring 2 underground levels and 6 above ground levels, includes a restaurant owned by SUGA's older brother on the first floor, which opened in November. Situated in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, the building is in close proximity to various amenities. Meanwhile, SUGA is actively preparing for BTS's upcoming comeback in the spring of 2026.
