Tragic Thanksgiving Fire Claims Lives of Two Sisters in New Jersey

Tragedy struck a New Jersey family on Thanksgiving when two sisters lost their lives while trying to rescue their father from a house fire. The incident occurred at a residence on Mosswood Avenue in Orange, with the fire being reported around 5 p.m. The sisters, Frantzia and Pojanee Fleury, aged 49 and 42, tragically perished in their attempt to assist their disabled father out of the burning home. Fortunately, their father and six other individuals were able to escape unharmed. The Essex County Prosecutor's Office is currently conducting an investigation to determine the cause of the fire.
