Eli Lilly also announced a $50 price reduction on its direct-to-consumer platform LillyDirect, offering Zepbound at discounted rates to cash-paying patients. The multidose pen of Zepbound will be available at $299 per month for the lowest dose, with higher doses priced up to $449 per month.
