Energoatom Ensures Uninterrupted Nuclear Energy Production Amid Corruption Probe

Ukraine's nuclear energy company, Energoatom, reassured the public that its operations remain unaffected by a corruption investigation in the country's power sector. The investigation, led by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau, is focusing on alleged kickbacks amounting to $100 million. Despite the ongoing probe, Energoatom stated that production and operational safety have not been compromised. Energoatom is a state-owned enterprise responsible for generating over half of Ukraine's energy supply.
