Zohran Mamdani Announces Key Appointments for His Administration

Zohran Mamdani has appointed Dean Fuleihan as his first deputy mayor. Fuleihan previously served as Bill de Blasio's first deputy mayor and director of the city's Office of Management and Budget. He will advise Mamdani on policy, city management, and oversee offices like the Department of Finance.

Elle Bisgaard-Church, who managed Mamdani's primary campaign, will serve as his Chief of Staff. She has prior experience as Mamdani's chief of staff in the state assembly.
