Celebrities showcased rare timepieces in New York this October, with luxury brands like Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Hublot, and Breguet unveiling innovative designs. The city was abuzz with watch events, including the Fondation Haute Horlogerie’s New York summit and Rolliefest, known as the "Met Gala of watches." The Windup Watch Fair, organized by Worn & Wound, marked its 10th anniversary as a leading event highlighting affordable and independent watchmaking talents. The New York edition of the fair, held from October 17-19, featured over 140 brands, with sponsors like Bulova, Christopher Ward, Oris, Shinola, and Bremont making a notable presence.

Bremont introduced a steel version of its flagship Terra Nova Jump Hour watch at the fair, while Xeric launched the Omnigraph Automatic, inspired by vintage circular slide rules. Lorier presented the bronze-coated Roosevelt, drawing inspiration from 1920s watch cases like the Rolex Oyster, and Serica impressed with the elegant and minimalist Parade Linen timepiece. Phillips in Association with Bacs & Russo also celebrated its 10th anniversary with the announcement of the Decade One auction scheduled for November 8-9 in Geneva.

Malaysian independent watchmaker Horologer Ming unveiled a GMT watch and the innovative Polymesh bracelet, a 3D printed titanium "bracelet-strap hybrid" that combines the durability of titanium with the flexibility of a strap.
