BTS Gears Up for Global Tour and New Album Release in Spring 2024
BTS, the popular K-pop group, is gearing up for a new album release next spring and is reportedly contemplating a global tour. According to sources cited by Bloomberg News, BTS is planning to hold 65 concerts worldwide in the coming year, with over 30 of them scheduled for North America. The group had to cancel their 2020 world tour due to the COVID-19 pandemic but managed to hold a tour across four cities from 2021 to 2022, culminating in a performance in Las Vegas in April 2022. Big Hit Music, BTS’s agency, has not confirmed any details about the new world tour yet, but the group's tour revenue in the past has been substantial, reaching approximately $18 million. With all BTS members having completed their military service, they are now focusing on their upcoming album, the first in three years since 'Proof' in 2022, with their latest single 'Take Two' released in 2023.
