BTS Confirms Spring Comeback Plans: Album Preparation, Music Video Filming, and More!
BTS members RM, j-hope, and V hinted at a spring comeback during W Korea’s Love Your W event in Seoul. RM confirmed the comeback plans, mentioning that they will be preparing for the album, shooting photos, and filming the music video, with a target release in late March. The trio shared their excitement, with j-hope suggesting a return to dance practice and RM agreeing to start the next day. V added to the lively atmosphere by playfully dancing during the event.
After completing their mandatory military service in South Korea, BTS announced their full-group activities would resume in the first half of 2026. The members confirmed the March comeback timeline during a Weverse Live broadcast, marking the first official confirmation of their return. BTS's last full-length group album, Proof, was released in June 2022 before the hiatus due to enlistments. They released the 10th-anniversary single "Take Two" in 2023 and the live concert album PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE – LIVE in July, which debuted at No. 10 on the Billboard 200 chart.
