The Weeknd's Miami Mansion: A Closer Look at His $54.9 Million Waterfront Estate
The Weeknd has recently acquired a luxurious Miami estate in Coral Gables for a whopping $54.9 million. This stunning waterfront property features eight bedrooms, a spacious 1.24-acre lot, and a dock large enough to accommodate a megayacht. The mansion also boasts a 62-foot-long infinity pool surrounded by lush palm trees, offering a true taste of Florida living.
The interior of the mansion follows a futuristic design theme, with a double-height foyer and two floating staircases leading to the second level. The top floor includes a main suite with a private balcony, a pristine all-white walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired bathroom. The lower level features expansive French doors and a covered patio kitchen, perfect for hosting outdoor gatherings and cookout events.
In addition to his new Miami estate, The Weeknd also owns a mansion in Bel-Air, California, which served as the fictional residence of a character in his TV series, The Idol. The singer has previously owned two homes in Los Angeles but decided to sell them in 2021 and 2023. Despite his success, The Weeknd has expressed that he has not felt truly at home in any of his previous residences due to his extensive touring schedule.
The Weeknd will soon be hitting the road again for the international leg of his After Hours 'Til Dawn Tour starting in April. In the meantime, fans can look forward to ComplexCon's return to Las Vegas on October 25–26, 2025, featuring over 300 brands and live performances by artists like Young Thug, YEAT & Friends, Peso Pluma, Central Cee, and Ken Carson. Tickets for the event are available now for purchase.
