The suspect is described as a Caucasian woman in her teens or early 20s with long blonde hair, bangs, and a large chrome nose ring through her septum. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie with a white emblem on the front, a black mask, loose-fitting tan cargo pants, black shoes with white soles, and a gray Jansport backpack with black zippers and straps.
