Previewing CxM's Debut Mini Album 'HYPE VIBES': A Glimpse into the Dynamic Sound of S.COUPS and MINGYU
With just a few days left until the release of their debut mini album, CxM, a spin-off group from SEVENTEEN consisting of S.COUPS and MINGYU, gave fans a glimpse of what to expect from their upcoming project, HYPE VIBES. The album, set to drop on September 29, was previewed through a three-minute mash-up of visuals showcasing the six tracks on the album.
The preview starts with the energetic hip-hop track "Fiesta," followed by the pop-infused "5, 4, 3 (Pretty Woman)" featuring Lay Bankz. "Worth it" and "For You" offer a mix of Korean-English pop sounds, while "Young Again" and "Earth" showcase a more emotional and EDM side of the duo.
S.COUPS and MINGYU are credited with songwriting and composition for all six tracks on the EP. Meanwhile, the entire SEVENTEEN group, including JEONGHAN, JOSHUA, JUN, HOSHI, WONWOO, WOOZI, THE 8, DK, SEUNGKWAN, VERNON, and DINO, will embark on their SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] IN U.S. next month, with shows across various cities in the United States.
