Former Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Mohamed Sanu Sr. has officially announced his retirement from the NFL at the age of 36. Sanu shared the news on Friday, expressing gratitude to his coaches, teammates, and fans who supported him during his 10-year career in the league. The Bengals drafted Sanu in the 3rd round of the 2012 NFL Draft, where he spent his first four years accumulating 1,793 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns. Following his time in Cincinnati, Sanu played for various teams including Atlanta, San Francisco, New England, and Detroit, with his final appearance in 2021 with the Lions.
