Intel and NVIDIA Collaborate on Custom Data Center and PC Products for Enhanced AI and Computing Workloads

Intel and NVIDIA have announced a collaboration to develop custom data center and PC products that will enhance applications and workloads across various markets. The partnership aims to connect NVIDIA and Intel architectures using NVIDIA NVLink to combine AI and accelerated computing with Intel's CPU technologies. Intel will manufacture NVIDIA-custom x86 CPUs for data centers and x86 system-on-chips (SOCs) with NVIDIA RTX GPU chiplets for personal computing. NVIDIA will invest $5 billion in Intel's common stock as part of the collaboration. The CEOs of both companies will hold a webcast press conference to discuss the announcement.
