Nurse Files Lawsuit Against Hospital and Doctor Over Alleged Celebration of Charlie Kirk Assassination

A nurse from New Jersey is taking legal action against a hospital and a doctor for allegedly celebrating the assassination of Charlie Kirk. The nurse, Lexi Kuenzle, reported the incident that took place in front of patients and staff, questioning the doctor's ethical standards. The doctor reportedly offered to buy lunch for the nursing staff he offended.

Kuenzle reported the incident to management and shared it on social media, expressing her shock and anger at the doctor's comments. Following her complaint, she was suspended without pay and later informed that she would be fired. The hospital stated that both the doctor and nurse were suspended for a fair investigation.

The lawsuit filed by Kuenzle's attorney accuses the hospital of violating discrimination laws, retaliating against her, and creating a hostile work environment. Kuenzle is seeking monetary damages and a jury trial. The doctor involved is no longer listed on the hospital's website.

The nurse and her lawyer have not responded to inquiries from Fox News Digital.
