K-Pop Dominates the Latest Billboard World Albums Chart: Stray Kids' 'KARMA' Holds the Top Spot for the Second Week
The latest Billboard World Albums chart for the week ending on September 13 has been released! Stray Kids' "KARMA" album secured the top spot for the second week in a row, making it their first album to spend two weeks in the top five of the Billboard 200. Stray Kids also had four other albums on the World Albums chart this week, including "合 (HOP)," "ATE," "★★★★★ (5-STAR)," and "ROCK-STAR."
TXT's "The Star Chapter: TOGETHER" maintained its position at No. 2 on the World Albums chart for the seventh consecutive week. ENHYPEN's "DESIRE : UNLEASH" stayed at No. 3, while their previous album "ROMANCE : UNTOLD" climbed to No. 15.
BTS's 2022 anthology album "Proof" rose to No. 4, and their live album "PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE – LIVE" followed at No. 11. ILLIT's "bomb" jumped to No. 5, and ATEEZ's "GOLDEN HOUR : Part.3" took No. 9.
Jimin's solo album "MUSE" by BTS rose to No. 10, and NewJeans' "Get Up" climbed to No. 14. SEVENTEEN's "HAPPY BURSTDAY" moved up to No. 19, while BLACKPINK's "THE ALBUM" rose to No. 23. BTS's Jin's solo album "Echo" re-entered the chart at No. 24.
