This Friday, Major Lazer is set to host a lively block party in downtown Las Vegas, promising a night of entertainment and music. The event will take place at the intersection of Fremont and 6th Street, starting at 6 p.m. It is the second edition of Feed the Block, following a successful show by Gryffin in April. To attend the Major Lazer party, guests must RSVP for free on the Feed the Block website.

In addition to the block party, Major Lazer will kick off a marathon Twitch livestream at 12 p.m. PT on Friday, lasting until midnight on the group's Twitch channel. The livestream will feature the group broadcasting from various locations in Sin City, adding an exciting global element to the event. Major Lazer's previous Twitch stream from London in August attracted over 210,000 unique viewers in just an hour.

The upcoming events on Friday are part of the build-up to Major Lazer's highly anticipated return, marked by the release of their first original track since 2014, titled "Gangsta." The song features Kybba and Busy Signal, a frequent collaborator known for his contributions to Major Lazer's hit "Watch Out for This (Bumaye)" in 2013. Major Lazer also made headlines in August with the announcement of a new member, America Foster, making the group a foursome for the first time and including a woman for the first time.
