Taehyung and Jungkook's Fitness Journey: From Workout Vlogs to Solo Success

BTS members Taehyung and Jungkook recently made a surprise appearance in a YouTube vlog featuring their personal trainer, Hanjin Cho, showcasing a workout routine. Fans were quick to praise the idols' impressive physiques displayed in the video. The duo's dedication to training and maintaining their strong bodies garnered admiration from fans and netizens alike.

Jungkook, also known as Jeon Jung-kook, embarked on his solo music career with the release of singles like "SEVEN" featuring Latto and "3D" with Jack Harlow in 2023. He later dropped his first studio album, "GOLDEN," in November of the same year, which included the hit track "Standing Next To You." Following his military enlistment in December 2023 alongside Jimin, Jungkook released a special track titled "Never Let Go" in June 2024 to celebrate BTS' 11th debut anniversary.

Meanwhile, Taehyung ventured into his solo career with the release of his debut studio album, "LayoVer," in September 2023, featuring the title track "Slow Dancing." After enlisting in the military in December 2023, Taehyung served as a Sergeant in the Special Task Force and continued to release solo singles, including "FRI(END)S" in March 2024 and winter releases in December.

Both Taehyung and Jungkook completed their military service and have since been active in various endeavors. Taehyung recently graced the 2025 Paris Fashion Week as Celine's ambassador for the brand's 2026 Spring/Summer Collection fashion show. Jungkook, on the other hand, has been reconnecting with BTS members and engaging with ARMYs through Weverse livestreams. The two idols are also gearing up for BTS' upcoming album set to be released in Spring 2026.
