Taehyung's Artful Journey: From Frieze Seoul to Paris Fashion Week
BTS' Taehyung, also known as V, recently attended the opening of Frieze Seoul 2025, the city's prominent art week, alongside his BTS bandmate Namjoon, also known as RM. Taehyung sported an all-black outfit for the occasion. During an interview at the event, Taehyung mentioned that it was Jungkook's birthday and requested the focus to be on him instead of himself.
Fans appreciated Taehyung's thoughtful gesture towards Jungkook on his birthday. They expressed their admiration for the bond between the BTS members. Taehyung made his solo debut with the album LayoVer in September 2023, featuring the track "Slow Dancing" dedicated to his late pet dog, Yeontan. He then served in the South Korean military and released pre-recorded tracks in 2024.
In July 2024, Taehyung released the single "FRI(END)S" and two winter singles in December. He also published a solo photobook titled Type 1 in July 2024. After completing his military service in June 2025, Taehyung appeared at the 2025 Paris Fashion Week as the ambassador for Celine. He collaborated with Celine for a cover feature in W Korea's September issue.
Taehyung is currently working with his BTS bandmates on their upcoming comeback album scheduled for release in Spring 2026.
