Shooting Incident at Lillian Wald NYCHA Complex in East Village: Updates and Urgent Appeal for Information
A shooting incident occurred inside a public housing building in New York City's East Village, as reported by the NYPD. The incident took place at the Lillian Wald NYCHA complex in Manhattan's Alphabet City neighborhood around 3:30 a.m. on East 6th Street near Avenue D. Three individuals were shot during the incident, with one sustaining multiple gunshot wounds, another shot in the groin, and the third being shot at least once. Fortunately, all three victims are in stable condition and receiving treatment at Bellevue Hospital. As of now, no arrests have been made, and the police do not have a description of the suspect involved.
