Jay Cutler's DUI Plea Deal: Jail Time, Probation, and License Revoked

Jay Cutler recently reached a plea deal in his DUI case in Tennessee. He pleaded guilty to one count of misdemeanor DUI and had a weapon possession charge dismissed. As part of the deal, Cutler will serve four days in jail starting next month, pay a $350 fine, and be on supervised probation for a year. He must also attend a DUI safety class and his Tennessee license has been revoked. The charges stemmed from a 2024 traffic accident where Cutler was alleged to have shown signs of intoxication. Cutler has not publicly commented on the matter.
