Tropical Storm Juliette has developed in the Pacific Ocean, far from Mexico's Baja California peninsula, while Tropical Storm Fernand is active in the Atlantic Ocean. The National Hurricane Center in Miami has not issued any coastal watches or warnings for these storms.
