Recall Alert: Frozen Shrimp Contaminated with Radioactive Material - Southwind Foods Issues Recall

Additional packages of frozen shrimp have been recalled due to potential radioactive contamination, according to federal officials. Southwind Foods, based in California, issued a recall for frozen shrimp under various brands, including Sand Bar, Arctic Shores, Best Yet, Great American, and First Street. These products were distributed to stores and wholesalers in nine states between July 17 and August 8, including Alabama, Arizona, California, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Utah, Virginia, and Washington state.
