Rescue Mission: Cheetah Conservation Fund Saves Ten Cheetah Cubs from Captivity in Somaliland
Ten cheetah cubs that were being held in captivity in Somaliland have been rescued by the Cheetah Conservation Fund (CCF). The cubs, which were destined for international wildlife trade markets, were found in poor condition, undernourished, and limping due to being tied up for months. Laurie Marker, the founder of CCF, reported that all ten cubs are now in stable condition and receiving care.
