Controversy Erupts as Oklahoma Requires Teacher Applicants from California and New York to Pass PragerU Exam

Oklahoma has introduced a new requirement for teacher applicants from California and New York. The state's public schools superintendent, Ryan Walters, announced that teachers from these states must pass an assessment exam administered by PragerU, a conservative nonprofit based in Oklahoma. This exam is intended to protect against what Walters describes as "radical leftist ideology." Critics, however, have labeled the exam as a "MAGA loyalty test."
