LL Cool J to Host 2025 VMAs: A Look at the Iconic Rapper's History with the Awards Show

LL Cool J has been chosen to host the 2025 VMAs, which will be broadcast live from New York's UBS Arena on September 7 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT. This will be LL Cool J's first time hosting the VMAs solo, having previously co-emceed in 2022. The 2025 show will also be the first time the VMAs air on CBS.
