Kaytranada Announces New Album 'Ain’t No Damn Way' and North American Tour Dates
Kaytranada has exciting news for his fans as he announced the upcoming release of his new album, Ain’t No Damn Way, set to drop on Friday, Aug. 15. The Haitian Canadian DJ/producer shared the news on Instagram, along with the release of the album's first single, "Space Invader," scheduled for midnight on Tuesday, Aug. 12. He described the album as perfect for workouts, dancing, studying, and for those who love beats.
Ain’t No Damn Way follows Kaytranada's third studio album, Timeless, released a year ago. The 21-track project featured collaborations with artists like Rochelle Jordan, Don Toliver, Ravyn Lenae, and more, reaching No. 28 on the Billboard 200 and No. 2 on Top Dance Albums. This year, Kaytranada has been busy remixing songs by Mariah Carey and JT, as well as producing tracks for Justine Skye and FLO.
In October, Kaytranada will kick off a co-headlining North American tour with Justice, starting on Oct. 16 in Vancouver, B.C., and concluding on Nov. 16 in Miami, Florida. The tour will include 13 shows in major arenas across the U.S. Kaytranada also recently joined The Weeknd on his After Hours til Dawn Tour after replacing Playboi Carti for the Canada shows.
