Trump Burger Founder Faces Deportation Amid Alleged Immigration Fraud

A Texas man who founded a burger chain inspired by Donald Trump is facing potential deportation due to alleged immigration fraud. Roland Beainy, 28, launched the first Trump Burger location in Bellville, Texas, in 2020 and expanded to three more locations in the state. The restaurants are adorned with MAGA decorations and serve burgers with the word “TRUMP” imprinted on the buns. Beainy was arrested by U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement on May 16 and is accused of attempting to deceive the immigration system by entering into a fraudulent marriage to remain in the U.S.
According to ICE, Beainy, originally from Lebanon, arrived in the U.S. on a non-immigrant visa in 2019 with a departure deadline of February 2024. The Department of Homeland Security alleges that Beainy engaged in a sham marriage and has a history of illegal marriages and an assault charge. Beainy refutes these claims, stating that most of the accusations are false. He has been granted bond but still faces potential deportation as his immigration case progresses.
Beainy's situation unfolds amidst heightened immigration enforcement efforts under the Trump administration. ICE recently announced the removal of age restrictions for new recruits as part of an expansion fueled by funding from Trump's One Big Beautiful Bill Act. The outcome of Beainy's immigration proceedings remains uncertain as he navigates the legal process.
