Ed Sheeran and Rupert Grint Reunite in 'A Little More': A Look at Their Latest Collaboration

Ed Sheeran and Rupert Grint have teamed up once again for Sheeran's latest single, "A Little More", marking their reunion after 14 years since Grint's appearance in the music video for "Lego House". In the original video, Grint played an obsessed fan who sneaks into Sheeran's tour bus and backstage, only to be tackled by security and eventually meeting his idol. The new video for "A Little More" follows Grint's character, who is released from prison after 14 years and starts seeing hallucinations of Sheeran everywhere, even attending therapy and a support group for stalkers. Despite finding a girlfriend, his visions of Sheeran persist, culminating in an unexpected appearance at his wedding.

The song "A Little More" was co-written by Sheeran with UK rapper Dave, Blake Slatkin, Cirkut, and Johnny McDaid. The lyrics seem to address a former friend who blames Sheeran for his troubles, with Sheeran expressing mixed feelings towards this person. The track also features Sheeran rapping about their changing dynamic from childhood to adulthood. This single follows Sheeran's previous release, "Sapphire", which included Hindi and Punjabi lyrics in a special version.

Rupert Grint, known for his role in the Harry Potter series, recently appeared in M Night Shyamalan's film "Knock at the Cabin" and the TV series "Servant". Meanwhile, Ed Sheeran's upcoming album, "Play", is set to be released on 12 September. The collaboration between Sheeran and Grint in the music video for "A Little More" adds an intriguing visual element to the song's narrative, showcasing their creative partnership once again.
