Taehyung's Solo Journey: From Magazine Covers to Paris Fashion Week

BTS member Taehyung's feature in W KOREA magazine's September issue was recently unveiled, along with RM's feature in Harper's Bazaar Korea magazine for the same issue. However, fans noticed that only RM's magazine cover was promoted and available for sale on BTS's Weverse platform, leading to frustration among Taehyung's supporters. Speculations arose about Taehyung's solo contract with Big Hit Entertainment, with some suggesting that he may have terminated it and is now solely under the group contract with BTS.
Taehyung, also known as V, embarked on his solo career in September 2023 with the release of his debut album "LayoVer" and its title track "Slow Dancing." Despite enlisting in the military in December 2023, he continued to release solo singles, including "FRI(END)s" in March and two winter singles in December 2024. After completing his military service in June 2025, V made a notable appearance at the 2025 Paris Fashion Week as a brand ambassador for Celine. BTS members announced their upcoming album preparations during a Weverse livestream, confirming Taehyung's participation in the project. Fans eagerly anticipate the group's album release scheduled for Spring 2026.
