The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement are investigating the allegations. Lindsey Langston, who was elected as the Columbia County Republican state committeewoman and crowned Miss United States, revealed details of their relationship, which began in November 2021. Despite the secrecy surrounding their relationship, Langston shared that Mills talked about a future together, including starting a family and getting married. However, their relationship faced challenges, including financial issues and shady cash transactions. Mills, who co-founded PACEM Defense, an international weapons company, with his estranged wife, faced eviction due to missed rent payments. Langston and Mills ended their relationship in February 2025 after a domestic violence incident involving another woman.
