In a recent interview with The Lallantop, Zakir shared a funny incident from his trip to Korea where he met the famous K-pop band BTS but didn't recognize them at first. He recounted how he ended up asking one of the band members who they were, unaware of their global popularity.
During his visit to Korea for an event, Zakir found himself in the same room as BTS, but due to being in the last batch to meet them, he mistook them for a behind-the-scenes team. It was only after asking one of the members about their identity that he realized they were the members of BTS. His friends were shocked to hear that he had spent 35 minutes in the same room as the band without realizing their fame.
BTS, comprising Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook, recently took a break as members enlisted for military training. After completing their service, they have been pursuing solo careers, with Jin and J-Hope performing at sold-out shows in Tokyo and Berlin.
