Manhunt for Fugitive Army Veteran Suspected of Montana Bar Shooting

A warning has been issued by the Montana Attorney General regarding the fugitive Army veteran who is suspected of killing four people at a bar in Montana. The whereabouts of Michael Brown, the suspect, are currently unknown following the shooting at The Owl Bar in Anaconda. The victims of the shooting have been identified as Daniel Edwin Baillie, Nancy Lauretta Kelley, David Allen Leach, and Tony Wayne Palm.
Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen emphasized the need to find Brown, describing him as a dangerous individual who committed a heinous crime. There are concerns that Brown may return to the town, posing a threat to the public. Authorities have released a photo of Brown fleeing the scene after the shooting, and it is believed that he used one of his personal rifles in the attack.
Brown, a former Army armor crewman who served in Iraq, is considered armed and extremely dangerous. The manhunt for Brown involves multiple agencies and over 250 personnel on the ground. While there is a possibility that Brown may have taken his own life, authorities are operating under the assumption that he is alive and a significant threat.
The community of Anaconda and the families of the victims have received condolences from Knudsen, who described the incident as horrific and unprecedented in Montana. The search for Brown continues as law enforcement agencies work tirelessly to locate and apprehend the suspect.
