By attacking agencies like the Environmental Protection Agency, American universities, the Centers for Disease Control, and the National Institutes of Health, Trump is eroding public access to accurate information and scientific research. This pattern of behavior mirrors tactics used in authoritarian regimes and threatens the integrity of essential sources of knowledge.
