Lively's representative vowed to continue fighting against Baldoni's attempts to exploit Swift's popularity.
The court also denied the motion to compel documents from Lively, highlighting that she had already provided more documents than the Wayfarer Parties combined. Baldoni's team had previously subpoenaed Swift but later withdrew the request. Swift's spokesperson clarified that her involvement in the film "It Ends With Us" was limited to licensing her song "My Tears Ricochet" for the movie. The legal battle between Baldoni and Lively is set to proceed to trial in March 2026.
