Taylor Swift Seeks Restraining Order Against Alleged Stalker Brian Jason Wagner

Taylor Swift has filed for a temporary restraining order against a man named Brian Jason Wagner, who she claims has been harassing her for years. Wagner allegedly showed up at her Los Angeles estate multiple times, falsely claiming to be the father of her child. Swift says Wagner even changed the address on his driver's license to her residence.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Taylor's security team ran a criminal history report on Wagner and discovered that he had been incarcerated. She alleges that Wagner sent her lengthy communications from behind bars, filled with fabricated stories about his connection to her personal life. Taylor also claims that Wagner used threatening language in his messages and attempted to divert mail from her residence.

Taylor Swift says Wagner visited her home at least three times in July 2024, including one instance where he was carrying a glass bottle that could have been used as a weapon. She emphasizes that she has never met or communicated with Wagner and is seeking a restraining order to keep him at least 100 yards away from her, her home, her workplace, and her car.

In light of these incidents, Taylor Swift is taking legal action to protect herself from the alleged harassment by Brian Jason Wagner. She is requesting that the court enforce a restraining order to ensure her safety and privacy.
