Excitement Builds for Potential Collaboration: Mingyu, Jungkook, and Yugyeom Spark Interest in Thunder Challenge

SEVENTEEN's Mingyu recently hinted at a potential new choreography trend involving BTS' Jungkook and GOT7's Yugyeom during a live session on Weverse. Fans are excited about the possibility of a collaboration between the three artists, especially with Jungkook's military discharge approaching on June 11. The idea of a Thunder challenge has sparked interest online, and fans are eagerly anticipating Jungkook's return to TikTok.

In a previous encounter, BTS' Jungkook and SEVENTEEN's Mingyu were spotted hanging out in Itaewon, Seoul, enjoying a meal together at a barbecue spot. The fan account that shared the photo referred to them as "Gyukook," a nickname used by fans for the duo. This wasn't the first time they were seen together, as Jungkook had also been spotted with Mingyu and his SEVENTEEN bandmate Dokyeom at a restaurant in Seoul in October 2024.

Jungkook began his mandatory military service in December 2023 and is set to complete his 18-month duty in June 2025. On the other hand, Mingyu has not announced his enlistment plans yet. As for GOT7's Yugyeom, there is speculation that he may join the armed forces around 2025, although no official timeline has been confirmed.

The potential collaboration between Mingyu, Jungkook, and Yugyeom has generated excitement among fans, and the anticipation for Jungkook's return and the possibility of a Thunder challenge are keeping fans engaged and eager for more updates.
