Honoring Sgt. Aaron Cox: A Tribute to a Fallen Soldier

Cox was a member of the “Strike” 2nd Mobile Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault). The incident occurred during preparations for Exercise Saber Guardian 25 in Hungary. Col. Sgt. Cox enlisted in the Army in 2021 and was stationed at Fort Campbell in 2022 after completing his training at Fort Benning, Georgia. He had previously deployed to Poland in 2022 and was recognized for his service with awards such as the Army Achievement Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal, and the Expert Infantryman Badge.
