Jin's Real Estate Empire: A Look at BTS Member Jin's Luxurious Property Portfolio in Hannam The Hill

BTS member Jin recently purchased a third apartment in the prestigious Hannam The Hill complex in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu. The luxurious property was bought for KRW 17.5 billion (approximately USD 13 million) in cash. This new acquisition adds to Jin's existing real estate portfolio in the same complex, where he already owns two other units. The upscale neighborhood is known for housing various celebrities, including Rain, Kim Tae-hee, and So Ji-sub.
Jin's first apartment in Hannam The Hill, purchased in July 2019, spans 233 square meters and was bought for KRW 4.5 billion (around USD 3.3 million). Subsequently, in November 2019, he acquired a second unit measuring 206 square meters for KRW 4.3 billion (approximately USD 3.1 million). The value of both properties has significantly appreciated since their purchase, with Jin estimated to have gained over KRW 10 billion in profit, equivalent to nearly USD 7.36 million.
With a reported wealth of $50 million, Jin's real estate investments are part of his growing financial portfolio. The K-pop idol's latest property deal underscores his interest in the elite housing market of Seoul. The Hannam The Hill complex offers exclusive amenities, top-notch security, and stunning skyline views, making it a sought-after location for public figures and celebrities.
In addition to his real estate ventures, Jin is set to embark on his debut individual global live show series, RunSeokjin Ep. Tour, starting on June 28 in Goyang, South Korea. The tour will support his second extended play, Echo, featuring seven tracks, including the lead single "Don't Say You Love Me." This mini-album follows his first solo project, HAPPY, released in November 2024.
