James McGetrick took a small claims case against Ticketline Unlimited Company, trading as Ticketmaster, after he and his wife were unable to see the band from their seats in the lower Hogan Stand. Despite initially being directed to contact the concert promoter MCD, the District Court ruled in Mr McGetrick's favor, ordering Ticketmaster to refund the full amount of 332 euros he paid for the tickets. Ticketmaster had offered him 190 in compensation, but Mr McGetrick insisted on a full refund as the tickets did not indicate a restricted view. The judge granted the refund as Ticketmaster did not contest the action.]]
