(KOIN) – A motorcyclist was seriously hurt early Monday morning when the driver of a blue Kia appears to have intentionally swerved into him – a crash caught on the dashcam of another motorist.The hit-run happened around 6:15 a.m. on Hwy 26 in Beaverton, Oregon.
