ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) — A man threw a small dog at an officer who was trying to arrest him Monday, and it was caught on video.Albuquerque police say Bobby Chavez, 41, was taken into custody on multiple charges after running away and then “briefly holding a woman hostage in an apartment.”An officer had told Chavez he was being detained for trespassing after he was seen standing near a “No Trespassing” sign outside DK Gas Station.
