PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A federal judge has decided to block the controversial land mine transfer in Oak Flat, a piece of land that tribes say is sacred.Judge Steven P. Logan granted a preliminary injunction to block the land swap until the U.S. Supreme Court rules on the appeal.
