Ryder Cup tix to be gifted to unsuspecting fans

The PGA of America is rolling out a special giveaway for this year’s Ryder Cup in New York, expected to be one of the more in-demand tickets in recent golf memory.The event tees off Sept. 26 at Bethpage Black, a public golf course, and until then the PGA will be delivering on a new program it’s calling “The People’s Perk.” The PGA will distribute 3,000 complimentary Ryder Cup tickets in a series of “surprise moments,” it said, to golfers at Bethpage Black as well as other public courses on Long Island and the New York metro area.Tickets also will be ..
